Q: Do we need fire safety equipment at home?
Yes. One should have at least the basic fire safety equipment such as an ABC fire extinguisher at all homes in India. Since many kinds of electrical appliances are used at homes nowadays, a fire may break out without warning. Similarly, a minor error in the kitchen may lead to a major fire accident. Hence it is best to be prepared for a fire emergency especially during festival or other large celebrations.
